Abundance Throughout Pompeii
In these forests, aroundabout,
Jackals make their moan
Earwigs yodel Twist and Shout
But badgers walk alone
In shopping malls, hereabouts
Jackals make their moan
Some are certain; Some have doubts --
And some take out a loan
For twenty years, or thereabout
Jackals make their moan
Whilst their spouses gadabout
And oxen spout cologne
Though fair play warrants turnabout,
Jackals make their moan
As turncoats vow to knockabout
And turn to Côtes du Rhône
