Because I Am Seesawing
"Why do you carry hamsters in your pockets?" demanded Mrs. Pringle
She asked me that same question fourscore times each day
I said, "But, ma'm, you see, it gives me quite a tingle."
Each and every time I responded the same way
To change the pace one afternoon, I said, "So tell me, Mrs. P.
Where should I carry hamsters, if not inside my coat?"
Her answer was ridiculous. She said, "Let them run free."
Foolishly I complied - they were eaten by my stoat
