Lament For The Unseen Cake
Who will come with me, who will come play?
Who will sing an anthem, or dance an Écossais?
Who will bring me funny fun, on this cold, wet day?
Oh Cat in the Hat, come back!
Who will come with me to tropical shores
Who will wear a weskit, who will sport plus-fours?
Who will wear a mackintosh whenever it pours?
Oh humble Good Captain Clack!
Who will waltz with me, who will come dance?
Who'll whisper sweet nothings in an accent from France?
Who will beg me most sweetly to pull down my pants?
Oh Lord! Let him not lose the knack!
