Fraternal Greetings To Reverend Cuticle's Oppossum
Arabella Spommit had three cousins slim and tall
And one was Stella Vision who came from Donegal
They came athrong to party, in shifts all spick and shiny
But danced not with the aardvark because he was too spiny
Arabella Spommit was the belle of every ball:
There's a deaf dumb and blind band who must have played them all
But she would never listen, since her mind was quite elsewhere
She wondered why the aardvark had spines rather than hair
Arabella Spommit stole the heart of every fellow
Except E Greejius, Esquire, who was sore provoked to bellow:
But his words are unimportant, his message no account,
His frenzied pleas to Apsley to much do not amount.
